Dear anglers, finally the details are confirmed. Details as follow:
Date: 07th July 2007 (Sat)
Time: 1200H - 1600H
Price: $100
Venue: Pasir Ris Pro Pond
PRIZE:
1st Prize $1000 Cash
2nd - 5th $100
Special Prize: 1 Pc Brand New Daiwa SS700
FISHES:
1 Tonne
KBL 8 - 14kgs
ACK 3 - 5kgs
GT 3 - 6kgs
Grouper 6 - 12kgs
Golden Trevally est. 3kgs
Cobia >15kgs x 1pc
+ mixture of 1kg range fishes. Still trying to find some more big fishes like Taiwan Ngoh, AK & big size GP.
Any angler that land the cobia will win the special prize.
*pls note. The cobia will not be consider a prize winning fish for 1st - 5th prize. This is a pet fish. Anglers MUST release the cobia back into the pond.
The pro pond will be close on 6th July 07. Anglers can fish at the event pond when the pro pond is close. Fishes will be release at event pond.
The sure catch pond will be close from 20th June 07. That will be the place where we will store all the big fishes so that ppl can see the fishes there too. The first batch of fishes will arrive on 20th June 07.
We will pour in 300kgs of fishes directly into the pond on that day so that anglers that want to try their luck after the competition will have a good fishing day too.
Ticket will be on sales from 24th June 07. So grab your ticket fast to avoid disappointment as theres limited space!!!
